Ever since every real estate market in the world took a collective hurl all the trainers, speakers, prognosticators and coaches have been stressing one thing: ‘Back to Basics,’ we need to get ‘Back to Basics.’ You say to yourself, ‘Heck yeah that’s what I need. My listings are stale, my presentation is flat and I need something new, or old for that matter.’
Basics. Basics. Basics. Why didn’t you even think about those, it’s so easy, at least it sounds easy…how hard can they be, their name is, well, what’s the opposite of complicated? Exactly.
So you head home from your training/seminar/coaching session and belly up to your desk and decide to get basic. And the thought dawns on you, ‘What are the basics?’ And, ‘Did I ever even know what they were.’
