    Gee Dunsten, a graduate of the University of Maryland, entered the real estate business in 1972. Starting in residential sales, he progressed to general sales manager, then owner/broker in 10 years. In 1986, Gee sold his business and returned to his first love…selling real estate. His selling career has crossed the $200 million mark and he is currently president of Legacy Development Corporation. Gee has been a senior instructor with the Council of Residential Specialist for over 20 years and served as their 2001 president. He is also a featured writer for RISMedia’s Real Estate magazine and has been featured on Michael Krisa’s Real Estate Unplugged. In addition to teaching CRS classes, Gee is president of Gee Dunsten Seminars, Inc. Gee has co-written and developed the Recreation and Resort Specialist Training courses and is recognized as a Recreation and Resort Specialist.
