    I have over 20 years of sales experience in assisting my clients in buying and selling homes in a ever changing market. I am an active and respected member within the Real Estate community, a member of the Top 5 Club, in the top 3% of Prudential California Residential Real Estate group, as well as numerous top networking groups throughout the Real Estate community. I have served on numerous committees at the national level with the Council of Residential Specialists, some recent are Product Review committee, The Specialist Magazine, and on the Board of Directors in addition as serving as the 2011 President of Northern California CRS Chapter.

    I have a track record of being persistent, paying attention to detail and following up on every opportunity that I have a chance to show my skills. This includes handling all the many referrals that we have received. Approximately 95% of my business is directly related to referrals from CRS’s agent throughout the country, past clients and my sphere of influence.

    I have received the Medallion Award and the Prestigious 2010 Presidents Award from Gregg Fujita President of the 2010 Council of Residential Specialists.
    I have consistently maintained the status of being in the top percentage for sales and listings within my area with the Prudential California Realty Network.
    I credit the success I have in my life, and my Real Estate business by always striving to be better, for my clients and myself.
