Maura Neill, CRS, ABR

  • Maura Neill, CRS, is a REALTOR® in Atlanta, Georgia, and has been in the real estate industry since 2001, when she started working as an assistant to a Top Producer. After obtaining her real estate license in 2005, she set her sights on her CRS designation and likes to shout from the rooftops that she is a CRS. Having built a business that focuses heavily on giving back, Maura’s favorite time of year is in October, when she organizes The Gebhardt Group’s annual “Trick or Treat for the Troops” (www.trickortreatforthetroops) care package drive for deployed servicemen and -women. Currently in its sixth year, she anticipates that it will continue to grow in scope and success and deliver more care packages to those who are away from their families and serving their country over the holidays. She also hosts an annual “Hot Dogs for Homeless Dogs,” a hot dog cook-out at her home benefiting the Atlanta Humane Society.

    Maura is a social networking devotee: the creator of 365Atlanta.com, she has transformed her business through connecting with her community, getting to know her city, and her hyper-local social media efforts. She is a blogger for Inman Next and has spoken at RETechSouth, CRS Sell-a-bration, the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico, the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, as well as local Atlanta-area Chambers of Commerce, the Georgia State Fire Symposium, PINK Magazine’s “Spring Into Ownership” Conference, and for corporations such as the Luxury Jewelers Resource Group and Konica Minolta, among others. Maura is a foodie, a musical theatre geek, a karaoke queen, a dark chocolate aficionada, a lover of dark beer, and a shoe addict. She lives in Johns Creek, Georgia, with her husband, Ben, Charlie the Wonder Beagle, and three cats who wish to remain anonymous.
